The brief
A luxury concierge sells discretion and speed, and its website has to do two contradictory things: show enough — venues, routes, indicative prices — to be credible to a client who has options, while funnelling every enquiry into a private conversation with a real person. The brief was a premium platform for the UK market that matched the tier of the service and made the concierge chat the natural next step from every page.
What we built
The platform is organised around five service desks, each with its own section, and a venue search that works as a product in its own right:
| Desk | What the site does |
|---|---|
| Private jets & helicopters | Route guide with flight times and honest from-prices for the most-flown routes from London; charter and empty legs across Europe, the Gulf and West Africa |
| Yacht charter | Day charters and crewed weeks from Cannes to Bodrum |
| Villas & private resorts | Staffed houses from the Riviera to the Alps |
| Events & access | Grands Prix, show courts, premieres and fashion weeks |
| Art advisory | Dealer and gallery introductions, with a focus on contemporary African art |
The venue guide is the piece that makes the site more than a brochure: 148 venues across 20 cities — London, Dubai, Mykonos, Ibiza, Saint-Tropez, Monaco and more — filterable by city and type (club, beach club, restaurant, day club, private resort, members club), each with dress-code and minimum-spend guidance. Prices are presented as indicative guides, with the concierge one tap away for the real number.
How it is built
Every page ends in the same place: a single confidential chat. That is the product's conversion, so the site is designed as a series of reasons to start the conversation rather than a series of things to buy. There is deliberately no checkout — a £85,000 jet charter is not an add-to-basket purchase — but there is enough structured information (routes, times, from-prices, venue attributes) to answer the questions a client would otherwise have to ask.
The venue and route data is structured so the filters are real queries, and the design language — restrained, typographic, mobile-first — was built to match the service tier rather than to look like a generic agency template. We delivered the full platform: design, build and launch.
What this shows
OF.luxury demonstrates that a high-value service site needs the discipline of a product: structured data, useful filters and one clear conversion, wrapped in a design that earns the client's trust before they type a word. It corrects a common mistake in the sector of treating the website as a mood board.
Where this fits
This is a custom software development engagement, and a build of this scope sits in our Product Build tier — see straightforward pricing for what each tier includes and the fixed-price bands. Every engagement starts with a written scope that names the riskiest part of the build, delivered within 48 hours of your brief.
