The problem
VIP tables and event hospitality are sold through conversations, not checkouts. A table at a Mayfair club depends on the night, the party size and the minimum spend; a hospitality package at a Grand Prix depends on availability that changes daily. Generic booking sites either hide the details behind forms or add fees, and directories go stale. The brief was a fast, credible site that answers the questions a guest has — what’s on, where, from how much — and gets them into a WhatsApp chat with a person in one tap.
What we built
VIPListed started with London club tables and has grown into a wider VIP marketplace. Today it covers:
- London VIP tables and guestlists — venue profiles for London’s top clubs with area, music, opening nights and table pricing guidance, plus restaurant tables.
- Sport hospitality — official hospitality and VIP packages for NFL, Formula 1, horse racing, tennis and more.
- Music, arts and culture — VIP access and packages for concerts, shows, art fairs and awards nights.
- Festival VIP — VIP packages for major festivals.
At the time of writing the site lists 200 upcoming events — 132 sport, 49 music and culture, and 19 festivals — alongside its London club and restaurant guides.
How it is built
Eleventy, driven by data. Every event, venue and city page is generated from structured data files rather than written by hand. Adding an event is adding a record; the listing pages, category hubs and venue pages update on the next build. A nightly rebuild drops events that have passed, so the site never advertises something that already happened.
Enquiry-only flow. There is no basket and no account. Every page ends in one action — a WhatsApp message to the team with the event or venue already filled in — because that is how this market already books, and every extra step costs enquiries.
Help chat. The site runs SiteChat, our AI help chat, which answers questions about venues, events and how booking works around the clock and hands real booking requests to a person.
Deployment. The site deploys from a private GitHub repository: every push runs checks on the built pages — structured data, page integrity, no development files — before anything is uploaded.
What’s live
The full site is live at viplisted.com: London club and restaurant guides, the sport, music and festival hospitality listings, and the WhatsApp enquiry flow on every page.
