London projects we have built
Two of our live products serve London directly, so we know the market from the inside:
- VIPListed — VIP tables at London’s top clubs in Mayfair, Soho and St James’s, plus sport, music and festival hospitality, every booking enquiry-led on WhatsApp.
- OF.luxury — a London concierge platform for jets, yachts, villas and events, with a guide to 130+ venues in 21 destinations and a 24/7 concierge chat.
Both run on SiteChat, the AI help chat we built and run across our own brands.
What we build for London companies
- Custom software and web apps for operations that off-the-shelf tools do not fit.
- MVPs for founders who need a working product in front of users in weeks.
- CRMs and client portals built around how your team actually works.
- AI agents and chatbots connected to your own content and systems.
- Process automation for the repetitive work between your tools.
How to choose a software company in London
London has more software firms per square mile than almost anywhere in Europe, and their websites say nearly the same things. Decide first what kind of supplier you need:
| Supplier type | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Full-service agency (30–200 staff) | Large, multi-discipline programmes | Higher rates; juniors doing the work |
| Boutique studio (3–20 staff) | Focused builds with senior people writing code | Limited capacity |
| Offshore or nearshore firm | Stable, tightly specified work | Time-zone friction; spec must be exact |
| Freelance contractor | A single well-defined workstream | No cover for illness, no second opinion |
Then ask the questions that rehearsed answers cannot cover:
- “Who exactly will write the code, and can I meet them?”
- “What is the riskiest part of my project?” A real answer names something specific.
- “What happens if we stop after phase one?” You want: you own the code and the repository.
- “How will I see progress?” Working software every week or two beats status reports.
Before signing, insist on four terms: intellectual property assigned to you on payment, repository access from day one, hosting and domains in your company’s name, and a written handover. Our fuller guide on how to choose a software development company covers contracts and red flags.
Why London clients work with ruxox
We are a small studio with senior people on every project, a team across the UK and Nigeria, and fixed prices instead of day rates. Every build starts with a written scope that names what is excluded and the riskiest unknown, and you pay against milestones you have seen running.
